The Vittoria series comprises two models: chair and armchair, in which the characteristic spiral motif returns on the full armrests. All versions have a solid ash structure and ash legs with moka or wenge stain. Special additional finishes available on request. The shell and armrests of the Don’do rocking chair are made from moulded rigid polyurethane and reinforced with a metallic insert. The feet are made from fine steam-curved solid oak with an aged walnut finish. The upholstery is in Pelle Frau® leather. Special longitudinal stitching decorates the entire upholstered surface of the shell. The height of the headrest cushion can be adjusted using a hole-punched belt located at the back of the armchair.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
