Equipped with a swivel aluminium base with four spokes, Harbor Laidback has an unprecedented mechanism, perfectly hidden in the frame, that allows the simultaneous movement of the backrest and the seat. To control the movement, all you have to do is operate a lever strategically placed between the cushion and the armrest: once you have reached the most comfortable position, you release the lever and the backrest stops at the desired angle. Forming part of the iconic seating collection of the same name, the Papilio Shell chair comes either with a shell entirely in polypropylene or with a polypropylene shell padded and covered in fabric or leather. The base comes in several versions: with four steel or wooden legs, with a swivel four-spoke frame, or with a fixed four-spoke frame with wheels. The shape of the back of Papilio Shell calls to mind the multicoloured wings of a butterfly ready to take flight. It is this detail that inspired the name, “papilio” being the Latin term for butterfly.

Always devoted to achieving simplicity and beauty, Naoto Fukasawa designs products for numerous internationally prestigious brands, as well as collaborating as designer and consultant for many major Japanese companies. His creativity embraces very different sectors, from precision electronic equipment to furniture and interior design. In his career as designer he has received important awards and many of his works are part of the permanent collections of museums such as the MoMa in New York, the Victoria and Albert Musuem in London and the Designmuseum Danmark. In 2007, the UK Royal Society of Arts awarded him the title of Honorable Royal Designer for Industry. In 2017, he became a member of the Loewe Craft Prize jury. He is a professor in the Integrated Design department at Tama Art University. In 2006, he established the “Super Normal” project with Jasper Morrison.

I have exclusively worked with Lineaselect for my house renovation project. I have bought ceramic tiles and other bathroom fittings from them at a very good price. As with any house renovation project, the choice of good material makes all the difference. I started communicating with Jaunius with a simple price offer which evolved into more like continuous communication on range of different products.
He was always very responsive and precise with the information and his brand knowledge is impressive. From the selection to delivery, the whole process was super smooth and transparent. I was a bit unsure about damages during the shipping, however, my order arrived without a single damaged item. Asite from Lineaselect handled the ordering and delivery process very professionally and she was always quick with updating me about the order and delivery status.
They are my go to people for any future home improvement projects and I highly recommend them!

I ordered tiles from this company, and I must say, their delivery service wasexceptional. The tiles were delivered promptly and in perfect condition. The packaging was secure, ensuring that the tiles remained intact during transit.
