Do the article numbers match those of the manufacturers?
Yes. All Your ordered products will have the same article number as ordered.
Is it possible to make tax-free purchases?
Yes, it‘s possible. All EU corporate customers with valid VAT numbers will be automatically set to 0 % VAT. All EU private and corporate customers without a valid VAT number will receive goods with the VAT depending on the country of shipment.
Do the prices of the website include the delivery costs?
No, You will see delivery prices after You enter a shipping address. All shipping prices are dependent on weight and shipping country.
Will the shipping company help to bring goods to the house?
All companies ship goods to the door, without four-hand service. Please be sure that there will be no problems for a transport company to reach Your address (narrow streets or high steep hills and etc.)!
Are there any extra charges from lineaselect once the goods have been shipped?
To EU - no. NOTE: If You buy to UK --> When your goods arrive in the UK, you will be contacted by the organisation responsible for transporting them. You will be required to pay VAT or duty tax on the goods before you can accept them and have them brought through customs.
How far is the shipping insured?
The goods are insured up until the doorstep and the goods will be unloaded with a lift. Please take the look at the order until the courier leaves.
What are delivery terms?
All delivery terms are unique. Usually, they take from 10 – 30 working days. The specific delivery term will be announced to You by email or phone is given on order.
Which payment methods do you accept?

What do I have to do if the order is damaged or lost?
We always look after the safest way to ship all order. Despite that, there can be damaged orders issues. Once You see that your parcel, pallet or box is damaged – contact us as soon as possible.
