Advanced and flexible, Flat.C suggests a free way of occupying space, following the evolution of multimedia systems. The Flat.C storage units offer an intelligent use of space through an almost infinite number of different configurations based on a modular grid that organises the composition elements and restricts proportions. As we all have size constraints in our houses, we need furnishings that can store large amounts even in limited spaces. Flat.C was designed to house books, a television and hi-fi accessories in the smallest amount of space possible. As the name suggests, Flat.C is a solution offering shallow depths and thicknesses. Measuring only 25 cm in depth, the thickness of the shelves and sides has been reduced to the minimum. Moreover, there are no visibly joined parts. All this creates a versatile furnishing project that fits discreetly into the room, while elegantly fulfilling its storage purpose.

Designed to create the setting for leisure activities, Arne stands out for the curved shape that envelops the user. Perfect in the centre of the room, when placed against the wall it loses none of the sense of comfort and lightness conveyed by the aluminium supports on which both the seat and backrest seem to be suspended.
Antonio Citterio was born in Meda, Milano, 1950. He started his design office in 1972, graduating in architecture at the Politecnico di Milano in 1975. Between 1987 and 1996 he worked in association with Terry Dwan and, together, they designed buildings in Europe and Japan. In 2000, with Patricia Viel, he founded a practice for architecture and interior design, developing international complex long-term projects, at all scales and in synergy with a qualified network of specialist consultants. The studio has today taken the name of "Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel". Antonio Citterio currently works in the industrial design sector with numerous Italian and foreign companies. In 1987 and in 1994 he was awarded the Compasso d’Oro-ADI. From 2006 to 2016 he has been professor of Architectural Design at the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture in Switzerland.
