Argentario’s name reveals a vision: an endless glittering sea to gaze on while stretching out serenely in the shade of a portico or under the warm caresses of the sun’s rays. The Argentario sunbed provides the ideal opportunity to give into the pleasures of resting and reading, lulled by the sound of birdsong, the shade of trees, and the rustle of a gentle breeze. Epitomizing the aesthetic language of the outdoor family, the sunbed is composed of precise tubular lines and visible straps, with an integrated functional surface that completes the relaxing experience. The lightness of the thin mattress, featuring a subtle and harmonious geometric pattern, gives Argentario a refined character that is the hallmark of outstanding furniture design. The movable surface is similar to that of the outdoor sofa, emphasizing the concept of functionality at the service of pleasure.

There is nothing uniform about design. It's about ideas that search for a new direction, defining new grounds or changing landscapes along the way; Nash is shifting ideas about "normal". Nash is a constant iteration of angular design, one that asks questions of the designer and the owner, one that understands that "anything but normal" will do. A modular concept where the sofa can be made into multiple variations makes Nash an Arketipo design, but what separates Nash is that any combination provides angular flow. The backrests to the seats, the armrests, large or thin, to the beautifully constructed feet, from inversion to angles pointing outwards, Nash is a modular design concept that understands when it comes to making a statement, only a combination of the unique will make an impact.

A first glance at this armchair and you would be forgiven if your mind didn't take you to some elaborate film set, then again, it looks like it would belong in such a place. The only stirring happening here is that of emotions, those that appreciate what design can conjure when given time to develop. Goldfinger is a versatile armchair with classic features. Wide seat and high back give great comfort, the back is given precedence with a functionally beautiful zip and the overall finish is heightened with the piping in either contrasting style or "ton sur ton." The result is an armchair that is graceful yet firm, soft yet imposing; it's a case study of coexistence and it does it magnificently well.

With its mixture of shapes and styles, the small table selection with Lith is designed to bring together soft and rigid components, to convey a harmonious and cosmopolitan style that fits with the Arketipo ethos in structuralism and form. Round, square or rectangular, together with the new console, their shape unifies an ethos that it is the combination of materials and their specific marriage to one another, creating expressive emotions designed to stir elements, if not the whole environment. With tops that playfully combine either marble, sandstone or glass, Lith is only further complimented by the strong and isometric metal base that brings depth and strength to the overall design.

Sometimes it's the ideas that catch us out by surprise that make a piece of furniture something that little bit different and that larger bit envied. Loft is the concept that brings us an inner harmony and makes us think about how we can appreciate design as a response to function. Set at different heights, one for armrests the other for the sofa cushion these occasional tables look to make usage of the furniture as a whole. The vertical drops and parallel stands to tabletops show a measured and considered approach to design whilst the choice of finishes add to their charm.

When two design schools come together, it can be an exhilarating thing. Here, architecture meets interior home design, Epsilon, a vision of dining table arrangement by Manzoni & Tapinassi is a design that links these two worlds. The base stands tall and strong, both in design and function whilst the top is enriched by a play of metal and wood, carving and cutting through the surface following the base setup. The materials equally showcase what is achievable with moka oak or sucupira contrasting with micaceous brown, oxy grey, brass or titanium in metal design. The result is an item with a strong dynamic set personality that thrives on individual style and showcases how two design worlds can combine to make something inspirational and unique.

If the sofa style, from where this is taken, was all about finding a moment for yourself, then Mayfair Dream is all about continuing with this design ideology. We have again gotten to play with strong emotions, that of style and substance, one that gives a unique personality to more classic interiors as well as contemporary styles. We have played with the elements of haute couture to again bring quality to the foreground; refined stitching, sartorial excellence and use of padded down mate- rials evoke sensations of comfort at first sight. Again, we introduce features that showcase a precise and passionate approach to furniture construction, the movement of the headrest is from the sofa, providing not only comfort but a modern appreciation of function over theatrics.

In a world of statements and selfies, there is an opportunity to explore design that encapsulates the personal that needs no filter. Mayfair is a modern approach to mindful design, placing what matters, comfort, over the self. A movement of the backrest provides superior comfort, and yet when in it is in standard position, it showcases the thought-out unilateral design and exceptional stitching in each cushioned element. The seating, the backrest and the armrests demonstrate unique styling, playing with unilateral cushioned effect throughout; the legs again are an uncommon vertical design that plays to the Arketipo way. We are working with design that matches our desires in style without forgetting about our own needs. Sometimes the beautiful is all that it is, beautiful, with Mayfair we're making our own statement, "it's good to think about yourself."

Starman: Capturing moments. Just saying the word Starman and you will be forgiven for thinking about that eclectic sound that David Bowie had; where he never stood still in his musical journey, our Ludovica + Roberto Palomba don't idly wait for inspiration, he finds them in moments, and captures them to the way we live, Starman, is no exception. Starman is about imposition, it's about disturbing elements of the natural order to create something new. New, it's a meaning that is filled with trepidation yet it needs to be embraced because, new can also mean changing the status quo. If Bowie played with delineating crescendos and lyrical wordplay, Starman is playing with aggressive and powerful contours, designed to impose their being in a unique space. Here, you will find low backs, curved lines, swooping drops and an illusion of a floating space. This is where design is set against the norm, finding character and its own unique balance to contrast that with. Starman, asking us all look up and capture our own uniqueness without ever holding back.

A record-shattering collection of songs, a convention-defying set of furniture pieces—they share an intrigue-rich name and an inspiring commitment to individual expression. Material is the clear protagonist of the Rumours occasional tables, which sees marble employed for the tops. This remarkable stone—at once exuberant, precious, eclectic, and engagingly theatrical—requires the greatest discretion in terms of design. With each piece, three metal blades undergird the top and intersect it with clean, precise cuts that interrupt the variegated marble veining of the curvaceous surface, yielding captivating contrasts between lines and areas, explicit and implied, that are organic and natural and those that are rational and geometric. Rumours draws upon these artfully conceived contrasts to present itself as simultaneously a sophisticated piece of furniture and a dazzling gem of rapturous scale. Here is that “crystal vision” Stevie Nicks sang of in Fleetwood Mac’s timeless “Dreams.” The interplay of the subtle graphic lines in the surfaces and the bold, robust slabs works to create an altogether new and unexpected lexicon of refined design for these one-of-a-kind pieces.

Finding balance has become an intricate art, whether in life or in the more physical manifestations of our day to day; Oracle has been described as an 'illusion', a 'law bending structure of interior physics' and even 'a centre point.' Oracle has an aim, one that looks to address balance in the structural form. The base is a complex piece of manufacturing, three metallic circles that meet at different angles proving that elegance can be art and that luxury can push boundaries; it is interior engineering that looks as stunning as it is thoughtful. Whilst the base is available in micaceous brown, brass, titanium and oxy grey, the top is cut to a circular shape or oval and it is available in moka oak or sucupira and Emperador marble or Niveo White marble with the rotating tray Lazy Susan, which is perfectly integrated in the table. The only way that the original Oracle design could be improved to showcase lightness, poise and balance was to keep most of what made the original Oracle unique, the base structure. Made up of three metallic circles that meet at different angles proving that elegance can be art and that luxury can push boundaries, the top has changed to something more, visual and yet invisible; glass.
Oracle hasn't let go of what made it unique it's just rendered it more visible.
Oracle shows us that rooms can find balance, it's just a case of knowing how.
