Rich in unique details, a solid top does not detract but add to the base structure; a unique design that captures the refined handcrafted element which is then intersected with the offset metal ring available in a variety of finishes. Taking the concept of the classical with its original design, Manzoni & Tapinassi have created a more streamlined version that makes no excuses for what refinement in a series can be. Whilst the original brings about the whole interior living ideology to one area, Glory console is more to do with balancing experiences and finding a lighter, softer approach to a new design suite. In keeping with the original, thin tops and almost ethereal legs feature heavily whilst the structure is supported with streamlined, intersecting rods from each corner. Coupled with a half and half solution, drawer one side (covered with leather Leonardo) and a shelf on the other, Glory console is about using the classical styles of the past to create something new for today's digital world.

If we were to tell you that we found the inspiration behind this design from a computer game, what would you say? Soap bubbles perhaps? Both? Design has a way of playing with irony, using it and transforming what is, at first, a strange idea into something tangible, new, different. That is Bubble Bobble, inspired by the unusual and with a sense of irony. Recognizable by the three glass spheres of different sizes and available in two distinct finishes, they are supported by thin metal strips, playing with natural light between the spheres artificially created by the shapes. It's an emotional construction, one that senses and creates a room's ambience with ease and elegance, all thanks to a play of a few curious minds.

Light in its tubular structural elements, strong in itsproportions, Coseno is a multifunctional console: a display
surface, dressing table, desk and adjustable mirror.
Precisely because of these features, it is an ideal item for
furnishing any environment, to be placed either in the
entrance hall or the bedroom. The slender frame, available
in matt painted metal or in the elegant matt copper and
matt bronze finishes, supports a wooden top: a refined
material element that gives warmth, enriches the overall
lightness and makes it immune to the passage of time. In
the Coseno plus version, the two practical metal drawers,
made in the same finish as the base, offer further space for
placing books or objects.

In Art Console, a metal trapezium develops diagonallyunder the table top, allowing minimum obstruction and
optimising the space. To ensure stability, the trapezium is
supplemented with two legs which can be customised
with inserts in the same finish as the table top. The bearing
frame so designed is distinguished for its elevated
dynamism, its solidity and sculptural impact. The top is
placed on it firmly, with a final effect of incredible

A 70s inspired graphics for this sideboard. The doors aredistinguished by a pattern that makes the sideboard an
almost artistic object that can be used to furnish and

overall view appear lighter, Shade is suspended from the
ground thanks to a metal base and its sides are elegantly
bevelled to soften its edges. Thanks to its decorative design

Colibrì armchair looks like it is light-weight, yet at the sametime appears to have an imposing presence in the space.
This armchair has a generous seat that comfortably
welcomes its guests and envelops them with its large
backrest. The oversize seat and backrest are supported by
an apparently slender base to create an interesting game of
balances. The five-spoke swivel base lends the overall
image lightness and motion, recalling that idea of "comfort
without gravity" conceived by the designer. The special
padding of the seat and the backrest emphasises the sense
of softness and comfort already guaranteed by the
laminated fabric upholstery that adds volume to the figure.

Full Moon is a double bed with an opulent headboard that,with its sophisticated capitonné padding, frames the bed

avant-garde execution techniques. With completely

An international best-seller with warm, inviting shapes, where the back extends upwards to form a head-rest. Much imitated, Maralunga introduced the idea of an adjustable-height head- rest, achieved by means of a bicycle chain embedded in the foam cushions. This avant-garde mechanism, patented by Cassina, makes the back cushion unfold and move upwards, to form a head-rest. In 2014, to celebrate Maralunga’s fortieth anniversary, Cassina undertook a further restyling, making **the fabric upholstery removable** for cleaning, while adding details such as the edge-stitching that confers a more contemporary look to a design classic.
