The start of CEADESIGN was in 1984 specializing in plumbing and heating, thus it was the company’s first steps into the technology and design of the bathroom. Later on, the tapware design line was established.
CEA brand is inseparable from the steel – the company developed together along with the evolution of steel appliance, always pursuing the best result using technologies and innovation to make the product of best functionality and quality while doing so ethically and sustainably.
CEA company was founded by a duo not only in the business field but also in life – a husband and wife – Roberta Bertacco and Natalino Malasorti. Natalino is in charge of the creation process and the vision of the company, and Roberta is the one behind the marketing and growth of the company, making sure CEA products are heard and seen globally. Putting all their efforts, dedication, and passion into it, together the pair made their company an international bathroom tapware design leader.
COMPANY HEADQUARTERS
CEA management as well as the production plant is based in Northern Italy, Bassano del Grappa district, which is well known as a historic center of developing metal mechanics and technologies with deep traditions and history. In 2016, in the pulsing and vibrant capital of design – Milan, CEA opened its first showroom. That was a turning point for the company, letting it be in the center of events of the design world. This led to the creation of a strong CEA team of passionate and qualified professionals, who upgraded the design of CEA to another level. Fast forward three years, the company opened one more showroom in Ghent, Belgium, not only to expose their products but also to consult the Northern countries in Europe about the innovative bathroom and kitchen design.
ITALIAN ROOTS AND PASSION FOR QUALITY
CEA expanded its assortment and now creates pieces not only for the bathroom but for the kitchen, outdoor showers, and ventilation installation as well. Each and every one of their products has the Italian style and quality ingrown in it. CEA uses AISI 316L stainless steel which guarantees excellent performance and longevity, as well as hygienic quality and resistance to the external agents. The company has high standards for sustainability – keeping their environmental impact low is one of their main principles, thus 100% percent of the steel can be recycled.

Creating with having all of it in mind CEA team results with the functional, best quality, and ageless Italian design products, which are exactly what their clients need today.
THE FOCUS ON THE ENVIRONMENT
At CEA, all the steps of the process are optimized – from the idea-generating to the final piece, every part of the making process has its best efficiency rating. For the result of the minimum waste in the production chain, the workplace ergonomics were balanced together with the automated picking and vertical warehouses. Another step towards the sustainable development of the company’s workplaces is CEA’s headquarter building, developed vertically in order to occupy as little land space as possible. This helps to prevent the natural flora spaces and reduces the impact on the environment. Moreover, the production plant of the company is constructed underground. The natural insulation provides the cooling and the heating effect, used for the spaces. All the energy needed for the production plant is made sustainably out of renewable sources. Testing units are safeguarding water resources with the system called a closed circuit.
The production spaces have a lot of natural light coming inside which reduces the usage of electricity as well as improves the work quality of the operators inside. Such attention to the daily life of CEA and the process of creating makes their products responsibly made. Furthermore, the material used – stainless steel, which is resistant to external agents, long-lasting, hygienic, and fully recyclable makes their items 100% environmentally friendly.

I ordered tiles from this company, and I must say, their delivery service wasexceptional. The tiles were delivered promptly and in perfect condition. The packaging was secure, ensuring that the tiles remained intact during transit.
