The Athos ‘12 rectangular table comes in two lengths, in both a fixed and an extensible version, the latter being characterised by an invisible mechanism that allows it to be lengthened so as to accommodate up to twelve people. The V-shaped metal frame supports a thick top softened by rounded edges obtained by means of a complex milling process that enables the wood grain to remain even throughout the entire surface.

Canasta ‘13 is a family of seats that preserves the iconic design of the Canasta series while donning a new look to blend even more with the external environment. The sofas and armchairs making up the series are characterised by a light interlacing of mélange polyethylene yarn which lets the light shine through. Particularly striking is the oversized circular sofa, which can be equipped with a 360° swivel base and a light foldable hood that reduces the passage of sunrays by up to 92%. The small armchair Do-Maru is named after the ancient armour worn by samurai warriors, made up of painted and decorated thick leather plates that covered and protected the hero’s body. Like the swivel armchair Almora, designed by Doshi-Levien in 2014, once again the shell of the seat is made up of a couple of superimposed bodies, softened by paddings that can be upholstered with either fabric or leather. The cast aluminium back support boldly underlines the conical profile of the small armchair, while the anterior support is in tubular metal with different finishes, studied to match the colours of the body.

Pab is a wall system arising from a complex design involving materials and technologies. The project revolves around the concept of shelf, designed based on a very simple idea: that of a sheet folded in half and restrained by light ties, for use as a bookshelf and top. Through clever engineering and high quality materials, the resulting sense of lightness actually hides a very robust system. The concept of the storage unit has thus been developed, using the shelf to create a contemporary design based on aesthetic simplicity, practicality, accessibility and quality details. Besides the shelves, however, Pab also offers a series of traditional units meeting specific storage needs, as well as multi-purpose benches which can also be fitted with drawers. The vast choice of finishes and hues, along with the variety of furnishing elements, make it possible to obtain countless personalised configurations and solutions.

Forming part of the iconic seating collection of the same name, the Papilio Shell chair comes either with a shell entirely in polypropylene or with a polypropylene shell padded and covered in fabric or leather. The base comes in several versions: with four steel or wooden legs, with a swivel four-spoke frame, or with a fixed four-spoke frame with wheels. The shape of the back of Papilio Shell calls to mind the multicoloured wings of a butterfly ready to take flight. It is this detail that inspired the name, “papilio” being the Latin term for butterfly.

Alex is a series of tables in various sizes, distinguished by the pronounced design of the sectional frames in large, lenticular shapes. Three shapes and different sizes: rectangular in three lengths, round and square. The “sawhorse” frame connected with the crosspiece is made of hard polyurethane with metallic drawn inserts in glossy or satin colours of the B&B Italia collection. There is a wide range of finishes of the tops, from wood to satin or glossy finishes, from marble finish to mirror glass. The round version allows the possibility of positioning at the centre of the table a round swivel tray.

An outdoor collection of sofas with a contemporary classic accent, Gio stands out for its solid teakwood frames in a special antique grey finish, which grants the wood a particular lived-in look with silver grey reflections. The various types of sofas, terminal elements and chaise longues can be combined to form in-line, corner and peninsula seating. They all have a basic frame made of wooden slats, on which a backrest and armrests – characterised by an interlacing of dove grey coloured polypropylene ribbons – can easily be inserted. This particular type of frame allows for easily disassembling of the various components, so as to reduce the space needed to store the products in winter. The seats’ seat and back cushions, in exclusive colour combinations, make Gio particularly enveloping and comfortable. Tobi-Ishi Outdoor is the outdoor version of the iconic Zen-inspired indoor table of the same name. The name itself is a reference to the polished stones (tobi-ishi) used ornamentally in traditional Japanese gardens. The overhang of the top and the vertical trapezoidal bases set at right angles generate an essential sculptural figure that appears to change shape depending on the point of observation. In the outdoor version, the table is made of cement in two different colours.
