The elegance of a reference to one of nature's most well-known phenomena, the technological excellence that allows us to perfectly replicate the image, the creative thought of the man who takes the essence and presents it in a new alienating way, overturning perception. Raindrop is all of this; it is a ceiling-mounted showerhead that mimics the effect produced by a raindrop striking the top of the water. A sophisticated sign on the ceiling, a natural decoration that wraps and shields the built-in showerhead, is depicted by the delicate concentric circles that develop with less intensity as they move away from the center. Raindrop is made of Flumood and can be ideally incorporated in the ceiling, where it adds an unexpected three-dimensionality, identifying or better enhancing the shower and wellness area. With Raindrop, antoniolupi continues his exploration of integrated ceiling showerhead systems in which the technological component is concealed and the showerhead is completely drowned in the false ceiling.
