Kupiłem dwie palety płytek Atlas Concorde w Lineaselect. W niektórych recenzjach pojawiały się informacje o uszkodzonych kamieniach, ale muszę przyznać, że palety, które otrzymałem, były naprawdę dobrze zapakowane, więc nie było w nich ani jednego uszkodzonego kamienia. Dostawca zadzwonił, gdy towar dotarł do Danii i ustalił termin dostawy. Jedynym małym minusem było to, że na stronie internetowej widniała informacja o dostępności określonej liczby płytek, ale okazało się, że tak nie jest i dlatego mój projekt został opóźniony o 3 tygodnie. Poza tym, ogólnie rzecz biorąc, było to świetne doświadczenie, z wieloma informacjami zwrotnymi, więc zawsze wiedziałem, kiedy dotrą zamówione płytki.

Świetna cena, szybka dostawa, a ponieważ otrzymałem kilka uszkodzonych płytek, skontaktowałem się z obsługą klienta, która bardzo szybko zareagowała i zaproponowała zwrot pieniędzy lub wymianę uszkodzonych płytek. Doskonała obsługa 👍 Polecam.
